Mechanical and Simulation Engineering is a department in the Volvo Construction Equipment Wheel Loader organization in Eskilstuna. The team focuses on Mechanical design of attachments for Wheel Loaders and different type of simulations. We are a team were we always support and help each other in an open and friendly working environment.
Right now we are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer

In this role as Design Engineer you will be a part of the attachment team. Together with other engineers you will develop solutions to support our end customers performance by designing attachments well balanced between technical performance, manufacturability and material use. The work includes development of new designs (which also includes site solutions to support customer efficiency), improvements on current solutions as well as custom designing for special applications. The work also includes to make specifications and drawings for all components and Systems within the area of wheel loader Attachments.

SKILLS
MSc. in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Good level in English (verbal and written)
