We are looking for a candidate who would like to be part of the future solutions of our products within the area of powertrain. You will be using both your knowledge and curiosity to find the best solutions together with your colleagues in transmission Technology, Product Development and Powertrain.

Main responsibilities
For existing ART:
• Facilitate and drive the PI Planning event and secure readiness by facilitating the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings
• Lead Scrum of scrums and train management meetings
• Help manage and reduce risks and dependencies
• Encourage collaboration between teams and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and implementation alignment * Drive continuous improvements e.g. in way of working
• Act as agile coach and support with implementation of agile principles for HW development

In this assignment you will be expected to take on the responsibility for a larger technical area, to lead and contribute to build our roadmaps but also to contribute to PI Planning event & strategies. We value a responsibility taking personality with a positive and supportive mindset as well as great communication abilities.
The work is carried out both at the office in Gothenburg where you remotely work with analyzes and support systems. But occasionally to investigate and resolve problems is an important and rewarding part of the job.

Your background
• Experience from agile implementation
• Experience as RTE in existing agile organizations
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• Experience in Quality and Production
