We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will take a leading part in developing robust, high-quality technical solutions, ensuring they meet our standards for Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Feature (QDCF).

Responsibilities
Lead and perform detailed mechanical design work in the CAB area to secure compliance with technical and quality targets.
Distribute and manage structured tasks as external design work packages, including technical follow-up and supervision to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
Initiate and coordinate calculation and simulation needs in collaboration with the analysis team for well-informed decision-making.
Drive and coordinate testing activities with the verification team to reduce risk and secure product quality.
Contribute actively to team performance through continuous improvements, knowledge sharing, strong collaboration, and upholding our cultural values.
Qualifications
Proficient in CREO PTC, KOLA, Windchill, and JIRA.
Strong self-leadership and ability to guide and coordinate work for others.
Excellent communication and planning skills.
Experience with CATIA is a strong plus.
More than 5 years of CAD-based mechanical design.
Background in fast-paced, dynamic work environments.
Proven, structured approach to QDCF targets.
Practical experience with trucks, trailers, buses, or construction machinery is a significant merit.
