The department Marine Test Center within Product Development is responsible for testing and optimization regarding performance, noise emissions, NVH, reliability and durability in the complete boat installation, including everything from helm to propeller.
The department is today about 30 persons working in different roles. Our ambition is to keep a holistic view of our products so the team is taking care of all the different stages in the product cycle of the complete boat installation - from new development projects via product maintenance to quality issues and feedback from the market
The Marine Test Centre Workshop is responsible for:
• Installation of test objects in boats (engines, transmissions, electronics and accessories)
• Driving the boats during the development and testing of new products
• Participate in demonstration of new products in boat and industrial applications
• Maintenance of test and demo boats

Job Summary
We are looking for a mechanic with electrician skills to perform installations of test material in our test platforms / test boats. The task includes both mechanical systems and electronic steering systems. Daily operation and maintenance on our test platforms is also included in the job.
Your CV should contain listed qualifications in academic degrees:
• Mechatronic or equal education
• Electrician (BB1)
• Experience in creating electrical wiring diagrams (Creo Schematic)
• Experience in electronics and measuring equipment
• Experience in Volvo Penta aftermarket tools
• Good skills in English and Swedish
• Swedish driver license
• Nautical experience (Skeppare klass VIII, Maskinbefäl klassVIII, Hantering snabba fartyg)
