hela Sverige We are now looking for mechanics who have the ambition to become a teamleader for our mechanic department
If you have experience in mechanics from the marine industry or other heavy industry, you can be the one we are looking for!
The department's area of responsibility includes work such as shaft pulling, propeller blade replacement, renovation, and overhaul of bottom valves, dismantling of rudders, renewal of rudder bearings, renovation and overhaul of heat exchangers and pumps, overhaul of diesel engines, renovation of anchor winches and winches.
The projects are usually short, about one to two weeks per project, which means that the work pace is high, and you are expected to be able to re-prioritize your work based on the customer's needs and wishes.
As a mechanic you will be assigned tasks by your foreman, and you will be a part of the project team. As a teamleader you will plan, organize, lead and report part of the total mechanic work scope.
In your role your suggestions and ideas for improvements in daily and long-term operations are highly appreciated.

Qualifications:
• Experience from heavier industry, preferably from ship repair
