hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Ascatron AB i Stockholm Development engineer with responsibility for electrical measurements. You will be in charge of Ascatron SiC power semiconductor characterization and work close with our design and process engineers.
• Management of electrical device characterization at Ascatron. Organize measurement work of development team. Planning for device development, product qualification and production testing.
• Development and maintenance of electrical measurement setups, including probe stations for wafer level testing.
• Responsible for contact with external partners for special device measurement, product qualification and performance testing.
• Electrical measurement on wafer and device level. High voltage (1-20 kV), high current (1-100 A), low leakage (nA) and high temp (250C)
• Measurement analysis with correlation to device design and fabrication process data. Include development of screening technique for wafer level testing
• Reporting of measurement results. Documentation of measurement data accessible for rest of device development team working with design and fabrication. Documentation of test procedures and instructions for operation of measurement equipment.
This position requires a good understanding of power semiconductors and capability of analyzing complex data. You are a methodical, ambitious team player who likes to do practical work. You have a strong ability to present and conclude your work, as well as plan work according to deadlines.
We are looking for you who have:
• Master degree in electrical engineering
• Knowledge in power electronics and semiconductor physics
• Experience of >3 years work in industry
It will be considered an additional qualification if you have experience from wafer level testing and know C++ and/or Python for data acquisition software.
