Within Master Data Management (MDM) team you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will:
* Closely collaborate with business representatives from the Digital & IT department to ensure high quality, stable and secure solutions
* Work as a Scrum Master for Enterprise MDM (Informatica IDMC platform)
* Manage the PI Planning and secure Stable Teams Way of Working (Volvo Group's implementation of Agile)
* Collaborate with Data Governance and Management teams across Group Digital & IT to align on PI requirements
* Manage the project's scope and timeline
* Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
* Coach team members in Agile frameworks
* Facilitate internal and external communication and effective collaboration
* Work with product owners (DPOs) and Product Managers (DPMs) to handle backlogs and new requests
* Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
* Help teams implement changes effectively
* Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

* Experience in a scrum master role
* Familiarity with software development
* Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
* Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (SAFe)
* Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
* Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
* Outstanding organizational skills
* Scrum master certification is a plus
