We are looking for an MDM & Process specialist to join our Master data Management team at ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions. You will be a key member of the MDM team, which together with the team will establish and drive standardization and harmonization of data.

What you will be doing:
In the role of an MDM & Process specialist you will drive initiatives in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements together with business, IT, and other functional data owners. And ensure functional master data integrity across the organization. You will also support to improve business processes, productivity and make recommendations to support our organization that is scaling at a rapid pace.
Also, focus on ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards, and practices, both at the department and business and functional areas level. With the goal to achieve the required level of consistency, quality, and protection to meet overall business needs.
We are expecting you to lead and direct different teams that engage with cross functional business stakeholders to establish adoption of data governance definitions, policies, and procedures to ensure continual alignment around the development, maintenance, access, use, security, retention, and retirement of data assets. Furthermore, you will also be expected to oversee the integration and staging of data, and the development and maintenance of the master data management capabilities. Which is used in business applications and processes throughout the division as well as identify opportunities to remove non-value-added steps in our various business processes.
What we are looking for:
You have a bachelor's degree in IT/Business management or related field preferred. With 3-5 years of experience working in a similar Master Data Management & Business Process/Process Improvement role.
Experience in leading cross-functional teams and division-wide programs. And working with operating and influencing effectively across global organizations and within complex contexts.
A detailed understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) and/or other process improvement/optimization methodology (e.g. - Six Sigma/Lean Sigma).
Hands on experience as a business analyst working between IT and business and can be a driver for the functional and technical solution/requirements
IT System experience including understanding of capabilities and main integration/flows. IT systems such as ERP and/or Data management system (i.e., SAP, AX, Salesforce)
Strong business/relevant industry acumen with the ability to build strong customer relationships, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.
Since English is our corporate language, we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.

Working Location
Stockholm is the primary working location for this position; however, we will also consider candidates that match, or exceed, the job criteria and are located within the European Community area. Due to the global nature of the organization, the role requires some travel.
