MDM Global Data Coordinator, SKF IT
The Group IT unit provides strategic IT support to the SKF organization by developing sound strategies and managing selected service providers. We have presence in the Americas, Europe and Asia. We have a strong ambition to add to the local and global teams by inviting qualified and motivated self-starters to be a part of the team. We are currently looking for two MDM Global Data Coordinators to join our team.
As MDM Global Data Coordinator MDM (Master Data Management), you will operationally be working with user support, application maintenance for the daily support of our central and global Master Data Solutions and IT systems. The focus is on the SAP MDG/S4HANA tool, which is our central Master Data Governance Tool, for creating new and updating existing Central Master Data records, through workflow and role-based governance processes.
Key responsibilities
You will work with executing mass data loading and mass data updates in SAP MDG/S4HANA, Core Administration SAP/ARIBA and other various SAP modules. You will act on approved Master Data quality initiatives in collaboration with content owners to execute mass data loads and updates (according to agreed SLA:s), improve data quality, and to safeguard data quality by process and work instruction adherence. Furthermore, you will:
Maintain Master Data records; to perform CRUD operations, with speed throughout the entire Master Data lifecycle
Enrich Master Data records with local/global data
Approve and release the data for use in business processes
Create/modify data loading scripts in different tools used for data loading
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant area or equivalent working experience
Knowledge and experience working with SAP MDG/S4HANA, Core Administration SAP/ARIBA and Master Data maintenance (updates, mass data loading and party tools)
Have a good understanding of the impact of Master Data objects
Ability and deep understanding of data types, extraction, transformation/loading
Knowledge and experience in one or more existing SKF legacy systems would be valuable, like Prodmast, COH, DOH or WASS
Fluent in English, verbally and written

This position is global with a preferred location in one of SKF's major sites. Local contract.
