We are looking for twoMDM Data Loading Experts - SAP/AribaThe MDM Data Loading Expert should be an experienced person with a combined technical and business background / profile, experienced in executing mass data changes, mass data loading, data conversion, cleansing and migration of data, into SAP. The person should have experience with SAP/ARIBA, mass update functionalities as well as SAP data loading tools or similar third party tools, for data loading primarily from files or from other source systems.We are looking for someone with some technical / programming experience to be able to map data on field level to target SAP and ARIBA fields, including defining and implementing data conversion rules and logic. The role will execute mass data loading and mass data update services into SAP/ ARIBA, on request from various business users and business functions.Your day-to-day work* To work with executing mass data loading and mass data updates in Core Administration SAP /ARIBA and various SAP modules.* To work with the data / content owners from business, to execute mass data loads and updates, based on their requests or as regular services performed* To work with SKF Business, Process and Master Data experts to identify and design business transformation rules and to interact with SAP Application consultants and experts on implementation of such rules. * Take part in test data loading and to validate data loading and conversions.* Create/Modify data loading scripts in different tools used for data loadingJob Requirements* Bachelor's degree in relevant area or equivalent working experience* Knowledge and several years of experiences working with SAP/ARIBA* Knowledge and several years of experiences of SAP/ARIBA Mass data updates and mass data loading tools, e.g. LSMW and / or third party tools, e.g.* Knowledge and experience in one or more existing SKF legacy systems would be valuable* Experience in designing processes and writing work instructions* Ability and deep understanding of data types, extraction, transformation / loading* High communication skills in English, verbally and writtenPersonal Profile* An enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative approach* Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from different cultures, disciplines and personalities* Persistent, self-driven and willing to learn* Ability to work in a complex change management environment handling the uncertainty and challenges* Strong business focus and business process understandingWe offer * A job in an international environment with stakeholders on different levels in the organization* You will be a part of a diverse workforce where you get to face exciting challenges and varied tasks* An organization with great benefits, such as working time reduction, extra parental benefit, bonus and free workout at
