We are a Swiss Outdoor company, specialized in technical outdoor clothing for men and women, including jackets, pants, T-shirts, midlayers, technical underwear and accessories. Covering all major lifestyles, including downhill skiing, freeride skiing, trekking, mountaineering, trail running and other.

Our vision "Living the brand" should be your value. As a local fashion and sports expert, you will communicate with customers and advise them on the appropriate outdoor outfit. You will work to create positive customer satisfaction, obtain and maintain client loyalty, while expanding our brand presence in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

* Serving and advising customers
* Maintain orderly and presentable appearance of the store
* Directing customer services issues or special requests to the manager as needed
* Cross-communication with company's stores around Europe
* Achieving sales goals
Qualifications

* Dedication and passion - being able to live the brand
* Fashion and outdoor enthusiast
* Customer-centric with a positive attitude
* Fluent English and Swedish language
* Experience with cashier management
* Continuous study of new products, clothing concept and brand details
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of outdoor sports is a plus
Other Information:

* Location of the store is in the prestige Sturegallerian, Stockholm
* We are looking for 1 people 22 hours/week
* 2 months contract at first, high possibility for prolongation.
* The company language is english, you report to our office in Switzerland
