What you will do
As a software developer at us, you will work agile in teams with, among other things, algorithm development, database management and/or data security solutions for our world-leading products (3D geodata, 3D visualization solutions, and 3D image processing solutions). The coding is done in C and C++, mainly in Linux environment. Your role may also include dialogues with our requirements setters and transformation of these requirements to form an implemented product.
As a software developer with us, you are close to the managers with fast and open communication and short decision paths. You will have very competent colleagues in a friendly and supportive environment where you will be involved in a changing and exciting job. Your results will be of great societal benefit and have great significance for the outside world.
Depending on your skills and interest, you may also work with image processing, 3D graphics, machine learning and model-based code development. We will give you great opportunities to adapt your tasks to your experiences and interests.

Since our software developers work closely with each other, you need to enjoy working with others. But it is equally important that you can take responsibility for and push your own work forward. A lot happens in our daily work. Therefore, you need to have the ability to change your plans and priorities when needed.
You have a university degree with a focus on software development and a longer or shorter professional experience of object-oriented programming. Database management and/or data security solutions experience is an advantage but not a requirement. We will teach you the rest during the journey.
This position may involve work with classified information where you are required to complete and be approved in a security check by a Swedish authority.
