We're seeking a skilled material supply leader to drive efficiency, teamwork, and excellence in our bustling warehouse. If you're adept at coordinating material flows, managing inventory, and motivating teams, we want you to lead our warehouse operations to success.
You will belong to the Planning and Logistics organisation within our Production Center Lund.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
The material supply leader is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operations of the warehouse & forklift team. The material supply leader plays a pivotal role in managing the physical inventory, optimizing warehouse layout and material flows from and to production and securing material availability in time in full.
Your responsibilities will be:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, efficient and safe processes
Lead a team of dedicated warehouse staff, providing guidance, professional development and fostering a collaborative environment.
Implement strategies to enhance inventory management, including tracking, storage, and order fulfilment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules and customer expectations.
Develop and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment.
Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Who you are
Proven experience in leading staff in production or warehouse environment, such as team manager, leader or supervisor.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent skills in Excel, good skills in Microsoft Office, SAP
Fluent in Swedish & English language
