OM TJÄNSTEN
As a Responsible Material Specialist to our client, you will play a vital role in advancing their commitment to sustainability, traceability, inclusion, and responsible business conduct, including human rights within different programs. You will report directly to the Sustainability Program Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive our sustainability initiatives forward.

We are seeking for a candidate who possesses a collaborative, organized, and proactive mindset. You should thrive in a dynamic and creative scale-up atmosphere, demonstrating the ability to seize opportunities and establish necessary structures. Your proficiency in documentation, organization, and communication is essential to excel in this role.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER

Work tasks

• Turning strategy into reality and create robust ways of working and processes for implementing more sustainable solutions.
• Secure targets, requirements, and validation plans for traceability and inclusion, including human rights and embedding responsible business conduct in the product development process.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with different internal and external stakeholders
• Capture data and information for communication about the clients vehicles

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
• A relevant university degree within engineering or sustainability
• Experience in working with sustainability, preferably within traceability and/ or responsible sourcing or human rights.
• Experience in working in a global international environment, preferable working with China
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

It is meritorious if you have
• Experience from automotive industry

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
