hela Sverige KEMET is a global company specialising in the development, manufacture and sales of capacitors with a wide range of dielectrics. The production takes place at 26 locations in 10 countries worldwide.
In Sweden the company employs 65 people at it?s site in Gränna. This unit is focused on electrolytic capacitors, primarily developed for power electronics in the automotive segment and other demanding applications. Projects are carried out in close cooperation with BOSCH, Valeo, Controlled Power Technologies and LED Roadway Lightning.
The KEMET Gränna unit seeks a M.Sc. qualified engineer, with several years experience
of product development. Your main competence should be in at least one of the following areas:
• Materials Science
• Surface chemistry
Competence within any of the following areas would be advantageous
• Polymer materials
• Metallurgy
• Electronics
• The automotive industry quality standards
To meet the increasing demands of the automotive industry, green science & alternative energy we are seeking an engineer with excellence as described above. You should be accustomed to work in teams, and we assume that you are prepared to lead R&D-projects. Your duties involve a wide range of technical work and you will manage projects involving areas where you might lack expertise competence.
You will be located in Gränna. Development projects is partly carried out in collaboration with other units within the KEMET group. Corporate language is English.
