All about the role:
Do you want to be part of developing our way of working in the IT Solutions and business processes for the Electrolux Group to enable outstanding consumer experiences? We are looking for a Material Master Data Solution Expert to join our team in Stockholm!
One of the core elements of Electrolux' strategy is to capitalize on the tremendous digitalization opportunities through embracing new technology/IoT, for example by connected appliances, a digital manufacturing and closer end-consumer relationships. These key development areas offer a huge opportunity to enable a digital interaction between consumers, customers, and suppliers.
We are looking for a Material Master Data Solution Expert with experience in developing solutions in SAP Material Master Data - ECC and C4C.
You'll work in an international environment in an industry, that is undergoing exciting changes and innovation. You'll be a part of the Group IT organization in Electrolux, within a team providing Master Data Solutions and related services. You will be involved in numerous key transformation and digital projects with a high degree of autonomy.
What you'll do:
• Leads the successful completion of enterprise-wide specific programs, projects and implementation activities related to Material Master data
• Drive cross functional improvement, data migration and cross system alignment projects
• Gather business requirements and gaps in EluxOne projects
• Influence, negotiate, and act as a change agent for implementing complex and innovative process improvements
• Lead testing and implementation
• Provide counsel and support of highly complex solutions, Business Process design and configuration requiring creative and analytical problem solving
• Responsible for the technical material data handling in various environments connected to SAP ECC, SAP C4C, SAP EWM
• Review all material master data requirements and assist/suggest with design and development
• Provide/Recommend solutions related to material master
• Builds and improves processes/solutions of material master
• Collaborate with Solution Architecture teams and other IT teams to ensure alignment with global material master data governance areas
• Coordinate with development resources to provide detail functional specifications and field mapping documents for custom development
• Continuous improvements in data operations, including data structure review, quality analysis, process improvements
• Provide guidance, training, coaching, and mentoring to business users, support team and regional master data teams

Qualifications:
• 10+ years of work experience with SAP material master data processes in a multinational environment
• Experience with data migration and integration (LSMW, IDOC, MASS)
• Experience and competence in SAP ECC, SAP C4C, SAP MDG, SAP BODS
• Experience in writing queries using SQL, Database and technical data understanding
• Extensive experience in ABAP development, with both custom development and customizations to existing processes, IDOCs, ALE, RFC, BAPI, BADI, ALV, ABAP Workbench, Data Dictionary, Reports, BDC and Enhancements
• Experience developing and using Infosets, SQVI and SAP Query
• MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel/Access, Project, Visio)
• Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while working effectively in a team environment
• Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to translate and communicate technical issues to a business level understanding.
• Organizational change management capabilities are an asset
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
