Job Description
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Material Manager at our Gothenburg office. In this role you will be responsible for logistics related to materials, tools, work platforms and other equipment related to the business. As Material Manager, you will have a key role at Rope Access and you will be a part of an entrepreneurial business team.
In this role, you will be responsible for our storage warehouse to ensure that everything is order, purchase of materials and maintenance. You will be in charge of inspection of PPE as well as for service and inspection of tools and equipment. A lot of our work is performed from mobile platforms and in this role you'll be responsible for managing the service, inspection och maintenance of these platforms. This means that during our peak season (May to October) you will travel to our work sites in Sweden and abroad.
As Material Manager you'll work independently and plan your own schedule. You and your colleagues will be sitting in our new office, located in Ringön, close to the central station.
Who are you?
You are a good mechanian and have previous experience of working close to technology. We are looking for a problem solver that effectively seeks to solve problems that arise. You are flexible and like to work where you often need to change focus from one task to another.
