What You'll Do
Key responsibilities:
Stock administration
Shipping of CBS products
Inventory
Goods handling
Order handling
Purchasing
Improvement proposals for ways of working, writing routines
Quality control
Update articles in Magic and Oracle.
Non matched invoice handling and resolution
Participate in physical inventory and reporting
Handle MIN/MAX planning for CBS stock material
Structure and plan your work as well as be able to structure and plan work for others
Support team members to ensure quality and timely deliveries of material and shipments
Who you are
Qualifications:
GMP knowledge or experience from other regulated business areas
Leadership skills
Experience from stock administration and quality control
Fork lift licence A and B
English and Swedish, both written and spoken
Characteristics:
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Planning and organizational skills
Team-oriented
Structured/Analytical
Reliable
Service minded
