Make a change as a Production Manager in Supply chain
Our organization is creating a strong foundation of skills for new technologies and innovations. For that purpose we need to strengthen our Manufacturing organization within Supply Chain.
We are now looking for a Material Handling Manager!
Description
As a Material Handling Manager you will be part of the logistics department management team. Your roll as Manager involves:
• Daily leadership of the Material handling department, direct as well as indirect material
• Logistic engineering execution within the Material handling area
• Continuous improvements and development of the department in order to meet future demands
• Working environment
Qualifications
we are looking for someone who has:
• A documented leadership experience from Supply Chain
• At least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Lean Production System
• Good computer skills in general including MS Office, Excel, SAP and preferably a general knowledge of production based IT systems
• The ability to analyze events and processes from a higher level as well as being able to look into details
• Negotiation experience
To be successful in this role you need to have:
• A professional, enthusiastic and proactive approach with the ability to manage a diverse and demanding workflow
• Ability to make decisions in time
• Ability to lead, motivate and develop others
• Functional and technical skills
• Ability to plan, prioritize and be solution oriented
You can speak and write well in English and Swedish.
Great consideration will be given to your personal aptitude for the position!

Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
