Your role
As material flow coordinator with us you will be the one to buy, oversee and coordinate the flow of components needed to build and maintain our simulators. You will ensure that the electrical and mechanical components are ordered and delivered in accordance with our projects different needs. You will also work to improve and make the processes more effective. In your role you will work with external vendors and also cooperate closely with our purchasing department to communicate our needs and follow up on deliveries. There are also opportunities to expand the tasks with configuration and document handling. You will take a lot of own responsibility in your work to maintain efficiency in our material flows.

Your profile
We are looking for you who likes to work systematically, plan, coordinate and keep things in order. We highly value that you like to work with other people, have good communication skills and a service oriented mindset. You should also have a focus on finishing tasks according to plans and expectations. You also have a basic technical interest and knowledge that will help your communication with your engineer colleagues.

Prior experience from example buying, administrative work or service oriented work

Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
This position requires that you will be approved in a security screening in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
What you will be a part of
You will be part of the simulator hardware unit which consists of about 40 persons divided among 2 teams. The unit is responsible for the hardware components of the division 's development and training simulators. The unit builds, maintains and calibrates the simulator facilities and the tools and components within them. The team you will be part of is a lively bunch that likes to cooperate and solve complex tasks together. The group consists mainly of electrical and systems engineers but has a versatile set of skills among the individuals. Development and training simulators is prat of the Business Area Aeronautics.
