Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.
The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.
Description
To ensure that production meets legal and internal requirements regarding the content of substances, materials and recycling, we are in need of a Material Environment Coordinator who will work with
• the development of NEVS way of approaching IMDS (system of
material and substance content in articles)
• data collection and verify it
• compile and report status in our internal system for both
internal and external customers
• recycle calculations
• phasing of heavy metals
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has
• knowledge of IMDS, the ELV-directive and chemical legislation
eg REACH
• knowledge of substances and materials
• experience of different systems and easy to learn new
systems to obtain data for reports
• experience of reading and interpret legal texts
You master English, both spoken and written.
To be successful in your role, you need to have

• ability to learn on the fly
• a solution-oriented approach
• customer focus
• good analytical skills and make independent decisions

National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
