Now you have the possibility to join a team striving to make a difference within Supply Chain,
continuously trying to develop our way of working. In this role you will have the opportunity to
continue our journey towards Supply Chain 4.0, e.g. implementation of pull flow and digitalization.
Value Stream MRO is part of Product Family MRO, Military and Space. MRO stands for Maintenance,
Repair and Overhaul which describes the essence of the business, ranging from maintenance of the
RM12 engine to overhaul of our gas turbines. We need to strengthen our Supply Chain Team with a
Master Scheduler/Shop Floor Scheduler, primarily focused on RM12/RM16 and stationed in B-shop.
The main responsibility is to ensure a competitive Value Stream Supply Chain, i.e. flow of material
from supplier to customer.
Key Responsibilities
• Generating, monitoring and maintaining plans to meet Master Production Schedules
• Capacity Planning, Analysis and Optimization
• Analysis and Forecast of Inventory, both materials and consumables
• Operational performance, i.e. responsibility for monitoring KPIs such as delivery performance
and inventory
• Engage in and drive Continuous improvement for an efficient supply chain through Lean
concepts
As a Master Scheduler/Shop floor scheduler in Value Stream MRO you will be reporting to Supply
Chain Manager, Product Family MRO, Military and Space.
Other responsibilities
• Actively participate in planning processes within Product line and Value Stream
• Manage flow control parameters and be responsible for keeping production system master data
updated
• Communicate and interact with Programs and other Customers.

University degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent
Strong drive to continuously improve through Lean
Knowledge and experience from Supply Chain
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
Good knowledge within IT, e.g. Microsoft Office and SAP. Programming skills are meritorious
Proven Business acumen
Target and result oriented
Good ability to create teams and develop/sustain networks
