hela Sverige Component Area Fabrication needs to strengthen its management team with a Master planner.
As a Master Planner within Component Area Fabrication you will be responsible for logistics analysis and information required for securing production in the most effective way. Focus is on providing capacity and load analysis and Master plans, that meet the customer demands as well as requirements on inventory, lead time and productivity.
We have a strong focus on VPS/LEAN and as part of the management team for Component Area Fabrication you will be actively involved in our efforts to strengthen our competitiveness. You will work in close collaboration with our Detail planners as well as Master planners from other component areas.
As a Master Planner you are expected to:
Be responsible for providing Master Plans and analysis of capacity for the Component area (capacity planning / dimensioning) and analysis of fulfillment of logistics KPI
Strive for securing optimization of cost, capital and deliveries
Contribute with logistics competence in the management team and in development of our logistics processes
Contribute in our VPS efforts and our development of a lean production flow
Be able to work both independently and as a part of a team
Have a good understanding of the internal customer needs and a strong drive to improve
Have a structured way of working, handling information and follow up
Qualifications:
University degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or equivalent
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
Strong drive to improve
Strong communication and presentation skills
Clear customer focus and high responsiveness
Ability to build relationships and networks
Analytical, structured and quality minded
Experience from SAP R/3 and Excel
Extensive knowledge and experience from the logistics area
