Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
Hire, develop and manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company sales objectives

You understand the power of data in sales and, of course, have worked with different CRM softwares. You are obsessed with making sure everything is trackable because that's the only way to get better at sales!

Forza Football is a team of 50 people from 14 different countries, passionately developing football applications using the latest technology. We're based in the heart of Gothenburg, Sweden.
