MultiMind is looking for a Master Data Specialist with strong SAP skills for a global telecom company headquarted in Stockholm.
Job Description
The Master Data Management unit is responsible for managing the master data component within the company. Creating and maintaining accurate and complete master data is key to the business operations. It is used by several functions and stored in different systems across organization which makes it complex. The MDM unit secures that company has a high-quality and consistent set of master data through an efficient master data handling process that the Service Delivery unit in Asia executes.
The main responsibility is to manage and monitor the Master Data handling process which includes the following:
• Managing all master data process related issues
• Catch and solve issues, document master data maintenance changes from new demands
• Analyze and address maintenance process changes
• Identify efficiency improvements for maintenance processes
• Provide and maintain documentation for master data process, procedures and work instructions
• Monitor quality and way of working according to agreed processes
• Coordinate master data related system improvements
• Perform special maintenance of high-impact master data
• Support with expert competence for product, customer, vendor, service and/or finance master data
Desired Skills & Experience
• Technical and/or business degree or equal work experience
• Very good general SAP knowledge and good knowledge of the SAP modules Material and Product Master
• Experience of master data
• Analytical and good ability to handle data
• Fast learner
• Self driven and goal oriented
• Attention to detail but also able to understand the context and how different parts interact
• Structured in way of working and able to handle different tasks in a high pace and flexible environment
• Good written and spoken communication skills, i.e. both documentation and presentations for an audience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
