Unilever is looking for a Master Data & Information Systems Specialist for the Nordic Head Office in Solna.
The position
As Master Data & Information Systems Specialist, you would be part of the Nordic Business Information Team, which is end-to-end responsible for the management accounting operations in the Nordics. This includes managing systems and processes to ensure timely delivery of complete and high quality information for reporting and financial business partnering (steering the business performance).
The primary focus of this role is to ensure accurate management and forecast reporting through managing information systems and master data. This role will also be a key player in any BIT process improvements initiatives, as well as BIT related projects.It supports all business functions in both the Retail and Food Solutions businesses - in all four Nordic countries.
The Master Data & Information Systems Specialist reports to the Head of Business Information Team. The position is based at the Unilever Nordic Head Office in Solna Business Park, Stockholm where we offer an international and fun work environment in a fast paced industry.
Key responsibilities
• Secure complete, accurate and timely data quality across the management information systems for Nordics
• Being the champion user for BW and BPC as well as system support in SAP for Nordics
• Responsible for the reconciliation of result between financial reporting (SAP) and management reporting (BW) for all Nordic countries, including investigating and solving differences.
• First point of contact in the BIT for local and regional master data related queries and initiatives related to reporting
• Act as a back-up in various other reporting related tasks
Requirements
The right candidate has a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience from similar roles. You must possess advanced Excel skills as well as previous experience in SAP, BW, or similar systems. Knowledge of the Swedish language is seen as an asset, while you need to be completely fluent in written and verbal English.
As a person you are analytical and have excellent attention to detail, but you are also capable of seeing the bigger picture. You are technical by nature and able to handle large data sets. You are self-driven and have a structured working style. You are also a skilled administrator with great ability to plan and set priorities - you should be comfortable working towards tight deadlines, both individually and as part of a team.
