hela Sverige DENTSPLY Implants is strengthening its focus on Master Data Management and is now looking for a Master Data Manager. The position is located at our site in Mölndal, Sweden and you will report to the Manager Supply Chain Development and Phase In-/Out Planning
DESCRIPTION
As Master Data Manager you will lead and participate in the work of establishing harmonized processes, roles and responsibilities in DENTSPLY Implants. You will also provide master data competence necessary to ensure high data quality in Movex/M3, SAP, Microsoft AX Material Masters and other related applications where Material Master Information is stored. In this role you will be the Global Process Owner for the Material Master Creation and Maintenance Process within DENTSPLY Implants. The position is based in Mölndal, but requires approximately 30 travelling days annually.
You will:
• Develop, define and implement processes and routines to facilitate product life cycle material, master creation and maintenance, and accurate material and sales status settings.
• Develop, define and implement performance measurement follow-up related to master data consistency and completeness and report KPI results.
• Initiate and maintain MDM work instructions and procedures.
• Be the key person between headquarters and subsidiaries to efficiently manage master data changes of phase in/-out products.
• Oversee, facilitate and perform, as needed, routine master data management activities as follows;
• Support user requests for data, reports and applicable ERP training.
- Support users in the MDM helpdesk and material start form initiation processes.
- Control, track and status material start forms and data entry through the product initiation, approval and release process.
- Set up and maintain material master data for global and local products in Movex/M3, SAP R/3 and Microsoft AX material masters
QUALIFICATIONS
We believe you have a Bachelors degree and 3-5 years of experience within a relevant area.
You need to have the ability to organize and direct work and workflows, administrative processes and projects. You are detail-oriented with the ability to work with other people and service other departments multiple requests simultaneously. You are also comfortable to work with different functions and organizations in an international environment. For this role you must be self-directed and have excellent problem solving skills, PC skills and experience in data entry on mainframe or other network systems with multiple users. We also believe that you are experienced in using ERP systems (e.g. Movex/M3, SAP R/3, Microsoft AX) and have excellent communication and writing skills.
