hela Sverige Össur is seeking a Master Data Manager which primary responsibilities are setting and executing the strategy and vision on Össur 's approach to Master Data Management globally. The goal of Össur MDM is to ensure a consistent, reliable and sustainable set of master data and ways of working to improve and optimize the performance of the company. The Master Data Manager 's responsibility includes an aligned vision, proper governance, standard operating processes, data models and definitions, change management and sharing of best practices. The Master Data Manager will lead the MDM team as well as leading a cross-functional network of data agents.
Main Responsibilities:
Define an MDM strategy, in alignment with IT and the business, and develop a roadmap of improvement projects that continuously increase the efficiency and effectiveness of master data.
Set up a governance structure to effectively manage the master data landscape.
Drive cross company improvement projects that support the MDM strategy.
Set up measurements to evaluate the quality of data and react and follow-up to identify ways to improve the quality of data.
Develop an MDM network across Össur and drive ways of working with training, best practices and support.
Work with IT to define MDM data framework and architecture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and preferably higher education in relevant topics
5-10 years relevant working experience
Experience completing at least one major master data program, spanning multiple business units and countries
Knowledge of ERP is preferable
Problem solving, analytical and project management skills
Relevant experience working in a multi-cultural organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.
Strong English skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to look at the "big picture" with the ability to drill down to fine details and prioritize what needs to be done
Proven ability to think strategically: establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies, and track and measure results
Proven ability to support, motivate, and empower business stakeholders as well as a team of direct report
