Are you our new Master Data Manager?

Element Logic is currently looking for Master Data Manager who will work with the management, standardization, and oversight of data quality and integrity for all master data domains which power the enterprise. You will work in close partnership with the business to drive process improvements, define and document data definitions, and advocate for the improvement of data quality and integrity.
The position is part of the Finance Group.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead MDM requirement analysis sessions with business users
• Define measurable metrics and the minimal required attributes for each domain or subject area to support a robust and successful deployment of an MDM platform, ensuring lifecycle management
• Define and ensure adherence to global standards and policies
• Collaborate with the colleagues within data integration, data architecture, and business intelligence to develop and deliver MDM solutions
• Work with Change Approval Board for technical reviews and approvals through the system development life cycle
Required qualifications:
• Bachelor's or master's degree in the field of computer science, engineering, supply chain or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge and experience in defining Master Data Management strategies, implementing MDM services and capabilities, Metadata Management, Data Governance, and Data Quality solutions
• Understanding of the complex master data structures in the business including how they impact operations
• Demonstrated business acumen and the ability to apply technology solutions to solve business problems
• Knowledge and experience with Supply Chain Management
• You are familiar with iterative development methodologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication skills in English are a must, both oral and written
