hela Sverige Group Business Transformation is a Group Staff Unit containing Group IT, Group Demand Chain and the UNITE Programme. The key task of the unit is to prepare and manage a transformation in SKF over the coming 5-10 years including changing the current ERP system and the way of working.
The UNITE Programme is a foundation for the future SKF landscape of global business processes and systems. The programme aims to create and deploy best practice processes and solutions globally through a common ERP system. This global transformation will be driven by a dynamic cross-functional international team working across borders and time zones. MDM Application Expert
The MDM Application Expert will be working with design and implementation of Master Data solutions in a central MDM solution and several of the SAP ECC modules with focus on Master Data and the SAP MDG module. SKF or other legacy system knowledge and experience is valuable in the aspects of how to replace such systems and solutions from an Master Data perspective by the ERP system.
Responsibilities
To be the owner of one or more Master Data Objects and its deliverables.
To work with the SAP Application Experts per process to map legacy data formats to the ERP MDG and ECC Master Data solution format.
To work with the Info Model / Master Data object design and implementation in the new ERP solution across MDG and ECC components
To participate in other program activities as required (scope definition, update roadmap, blueprint planning, detailing of Target Operating Model and business case).
To build and maintain a close contact to the E2E Business Demand Experts and Process Experts.
To receive, validate and align business process requirements on Master Data and identify the impact.
To work with design and test of the new enterprise ERP MDM solution including alignment to current Master Data solutions.
To work with the business data owners to map legacy data formats to the ERP MDM solution format.
To manage change and challenge mindset.
To ensure the organizations To-Be vision with the ERP system and verify that the business objectives are met without jeopardizing the overall goal standardization.
To support Business Demand Experts in user acceptance testing.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Master Data handling in one or more SAP ECC modules and the SAP MDM or MDG modules
3 to 5 years of experience with Master Data handling in other ERP systems, specialized MDM solutions or legacy systems landscapes
Generic skills in Information Modeling and implementation of Master Data objects, processes and solutions
Generic skills in data extraction, cleansing and loading, in data migration activities
Generic skills in IT architecture and design
Excellent analytic skills
Business focus and business process understanding
An enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative approach
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from different cultures, disciplines and personalities
Persistent and self-driven
Ability to work in a complex change management environment handling the uncertainty and challenges this includes.
