hela Sverige We are looking for highly motivated and driven individual to join our fast-growing team within MDM Business Operation as Master Data Expert, role requires to pertain in various support activities around master data within the organization.
Data is an strategic object, Service Area Master Data has different capabilities for example drive data specific architectural decision, supporting Roll outs, solution support, set up Governance, ensure Data Quality and provide Data Maintenance services that facilitates the growth in the organization and enable the seamless experience.
MDM Business Operation is a team within Service Area MD, with focus to supports Business to maintain data on Businesses' behalf. Team is responsible to create data on Business's request, secure the data quality, full fill the business KPIs and bring trust and visibility around data.
The Role
As a Master Data Expert within MDM Business Operation Team you will work together with Architects and have close collaboration with business stakeholders. The role involves supporting Business stakeholders, to set up processes around data maintenance.
You will also set up data monitoring to secure the data quality. Provide guidance to Data maintenance team to follow best practices, governance policies and legal compliance.
As a Master Data Expert, you will work with business support, troubleshooting the transactional problems, monitoring data quality and supporting projects with master data component.
We are using the tools like SAP ECC/ MDG, Information Steward, Data services and Power BI to secure data quality. It is therefore essential that you are interested in learning new things. Furthermore, since we are pushing the boundaries, we are also setting the standard of working with new tools.
Your responsibilities
Ensure all the data maintenance related processes are up to date and aligned with business processes
Help troubleshoot data issues within all master data, categorize if the issue is with data maintenance or integration
Ensure data quality across the organization in multi system environment, focus of various data quality dimensions like Completeness, timeliness, uniqueness and consistancy
Documents and reviews data maintenance processes, standards and control. Follows the data creation processes so data should reflect the active business processes
Ensure Processes and Policies set up by Data Governance team are followed to ensure data quality & consistency across the organization
Communicates effectively with all stakeholders

Your skills:
Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP area to understand the Master data structure in SAP and its relationship with different processes
Master Data Quality understanding
Process and business orientation
Understanding on SAP and connected system
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Ability to professionally and effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
Capability to learn new tools and skills in master data area
Driven and result oriented
Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
