The Planning and Logistics Master Data Coordinator will manage and supervise material start forms, control the SAP material master, price conditions, intercompany purchasing info records and source lists. Furthermore you will control SAP manufacturing/purchasing, sales and marketing block and release.
This position will also provide team support, support new and revised product development and local SAP user support.

Arbetsuppgifter
Responsibilities:
As key user for the material master you will support local users by determining solutions for SAP requests and/or problems.
It also contains:
• support SAP user requests for data, reports and applicable SAP training
• support users in the MDM helpdesk and material start form initiation processes
• control, track and status material start forms and data entry through the product initiation, approval and release process
• set up and maintain for global and local products, SAP material masters, including control of distribution and material plant statuses for delivery materials
• set up and maintain internal product-price condition records, purchasing info records and source lists
• set up and maintain material determinations for replacement materials
• set up and maintain SAP automatic manual/product connections
• control SAP marketing blocks per Marketing Department instructions
• notify headquarters and subsidiary personel of sales released and discontinued materials
• perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Erfarenhet
Excellent PC skills, typing speed of 40-50 wpm, and experience in data entry on mainframe or other network systems with multiple users. Competent in use of SAP and excellent communication and writing skills.
Detail-oriented with the ability to work with other people and service other departments multiple requests simultaneously. You must be self-directed and have excellent problem solving skills.
