We are looking for a Master Data Administrator for a Parental Leave cover to our client! This is a consultancy opportunity, a contract starting in May until December 31st, 2020
The Company: Our client is in the market for 50 years and the company may have grown to over 1600 employees in 70 countries. As the client is continuing to grow, they are now looking for a master data specialist to be a part of a dynamic team consisting of close to 30 colleagues located in Nashville, St. Louis, Stockholm, and Timrå.
Job Description: As a master data administrator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining global master data within a specific master data area and assuring that master data is created in accordance with established blueprints and processes. The master data team is divided into two areas - product and customer/supplier.
In the role, you will responsible for performing data quality checks and clean-up activities as well as providing master data expertise in projects related to your master data area. You will work in close cooperation with a master data lead and it is vital that you have a high -level understanding of the business and their processes as well as you will have frequent interaction with business owners, project managers and authorized requestors.
We are using Microsoft Dynamics AX, Dynamics 365 and Scala (Epicor) and it is very advantageous if you have experience with these systems.
Qualifications: Deep competence within customer & supplier master data OR product master data
High-level understanding of data quality concepts.
Deep knowledge of working in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to understand and meet stakeholder requirements and expectations.
Understand the importance of and ability to work with knowledge-sharing, best practices and continuous improvements.
Excellent communication skills both orally and in written form
Sense of structure, logic and quality.
Systematic in addressing problems.
Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Well-spoken and written English.
