MASTER BLACK BELT Sweden (MBB)
To support all Swedish units for all SKF Divisions
Mission:
• Is to lead the continuous improvement initiatives within the Swedish operations
• Is building an organization that walks the talk, lives the values and inspires a Culture for Excellence
• Is supporting the management in all units to identify potentials for improvement
• Is training Six Sigma Green Belts across the Swedish units and participate in Black Belts training for the Group
• Is leading complex, cross-functional or cross-divisional improvement projects
Main activities:
• Coordinate the efforts of the Divisions in deploying Six Sigma in all sites in Sweden and SRB Luton in UK.
• Facilitate the project Hopper sessions together with the local organization.
• Is the catalyst for the deployment of Lean and Six Sigma
• Organize the Green Belt trainings from the demand of the local deployment champions
• Organize Sponsor training on demand from the organization.
• Coach Black Belts in the units
Professional profile:
• Certified Black Belt with at least 6 projects successfully closed
• Good knowledge of the Business processes and of the Group organization
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Group or in Industrial environment
• Good understanding of statistical analysis tools, advanced PC software and project management
Personal profile:
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Fluent in Swedish and fluent in English
• Leader for driving changes
• Ability to work in an international environment
• Ability to teach
• Willingness to travel in Sweden and abroad
Location:
Gothenburg. The administrational belonging will be with SKF Sweden.
