We are looking for a curious person with a forward leaning attitude to join our The Martech team, which is responsible for development and maintenance of Martech and Adtech tools and systems. As Telenor is focusing on digital sales and service, this team will be one of the platform teams to support that development and you will be expected to work in close cooperation with the digital teams, teams within Analytics and the business owners mainly within Sales, Marketing, CVM and Support.Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.
What you'll do
As the Tech lead for MarTech, you secure that we follow the best practices for test- and release processes. We work every day on making every interaction that our customers have with us valuable to both them and us. This role mainly focuses on increasing quality and throughput in our development. Together with a highly skilled team of specialists and developers, you will ensure the quality in any development.
Main responsibilities:
* Maintaining, optimizing and enforcing Martech processes
* Setting, maintaining, optimizing and enforcing release processes
* You are testing together with business users and developers
* You are managing and following up tests with the one performing the test, maintaining bug lists and prioritizing bug fixes
* You are continuously working on minimizing our technical debt and prioritizing what areas need focus in order to improve quality
* You are managing Approvals/look ins to Deployments
* You know and work in tools like GIT, JMeter, Jenkins, and JUnit.
* You work closely with developers on creating and maintaining multiple parallel release branches
* You are to approve patching for dev and prod (every 3 month)
* You are managing releases in cooperation with developers
* You keep and maintain change log, that you share with developers and end users
* You work to add task and story to Jira and get them prioritized.
* You are to be lead the maintenance and Support work Which is prioritized in Telenor.
* You are to work regarding upgrades of the Martech systems and modernization of technology within Martech.
* You are to work on planning small tech projects and its management within Martech domain.
Who are you
We are looking for someone with:
* Bachelors/Master of Science in Engineering, or other relevant experience
* At least a few years in a similar role
* Experience from Martech/Adtech on a professional level
* Understanding of the Telecom ecosystem
* Telecom operator experience
* As a person you are/have:
* Curious with a strong willingness to learn and understand
* Forward leaning attitude, willing to go extra mile with can-do attitude
* Always challenging status-quo and testing new ideas
* Good communication skills
* Customer-oriented and business-minded

* Strong ability to cooperate
