JOIN OUR GRADUATE PROGRAM
The Swedish Graduate Program is a two-year training program. On your first year you will focus on the basics within insurance broking and the processes designed to support and maintain our business. You will participate in daily work, and also receive training within insurance lines and specialties as well as different industry/market needs. In the second and final year of the program you will start your rotations, spending 4 months at a time in close cooperation with either different types of insurance-, claims-, risk- specialists or any of our industry practice experts.
At Marsh Graduate Program you will be given the chance to take charge of your own career, build your own network, take on responsibilities and develop within the organization. Towards the end of you program you will be required to take a mandatory test in order to get your broker?s license.

We are looking for graduates who have the right potential to become future specialists within claims, risk management or any insurance line, as well as more business driven individuals for a bright future within key accounting (industry/market experts). To be able to qualify, you will have graduated with a degree in business, law, engineering or the equivalent. You have either just graduated or have some work experience. Since Marsh's corporate language is English, you have to be fluent in written and spoken English, as well as in Swedish.

Marsh next Graduate Program will begin in the spring of 2015, but we are also accepting application for the program starting in summer/fall 2015.
