Define the commercial plan to achieve the target of sales and recruitment using online and offline channels for La Redoute on the Nordic market (Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible of the marketing budget and commercial investments related to sales, orders, discount.
• Responsible for the Direct Marketing plan including customer loyalty program and recruitment plan.
• Responsible of the overall multichannel marketing plan (paper and website, tv, magazine...).
Relationships and Roles:
• Continuously work to improve spending and adapt to changes in customer behaviour.
• Demonstrate ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees (marketing, catalogue, communication team, e-merchandising).
• You are the manager of a team of three people and have functional authority on the web team and e-merchandiser which requires excellent leadership skills to help them tackling their objectives.
• Member of the management team of La Redoute Nordic.
• Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support departments (La Redoute headquarters, IT, Logistics, and other Redcats Nordic brands marketing manager as Ellos).
Qualifications:
• Direct Marketing background and experience from similar position with management responsibility (minimum 2 years experience) in a mass market company.
• Fashion interest, brand awareness and knowledge of the Nordic market.
• Very good analytics and analysis skills.
• Swedish or French speaking is an additional value.
This is full time position located in Borås.
