Reporting to: Nordic Sales- & Marketing Manager, Retail
Overall key objectives:
Work with campaigns, activities and customer surveys
Production of various marketing materials
Helping to develop promotional and information material
Administrate fairs & exhibitions
Produce illustrations and labels and put text to products
Updating and manage the website, Facebook and internal intranet
Maintain and develop our graphic profile
Photographing of products
Update of the presentation materials, brochures and catalogues.
Write and send out newsletters
Scheduling conferences or meetings, organizing data and gathering information.
Other objectives:
Coordinating print production
Writing articles
Handle contacts with advertising agencies, printers, web agencies, communication companies
Bring in tenders and negotiating prices
Calculating on various marketing
Desktop publishing
We are looking for a "doer"!! Someone who is extrovert, positive, driven and initiative taken person who likes to contribute to the favorable operational results. It is important that you are responsive and a good communicator, orally and in writing. You are interested in art and design and are good at layouts, illustrations and imaging.
We expect that you have an education in marketing and a few years of work experience in the role as a marketing coordinator or marketing assistant.
Are you a creative, unpretentious and service minded person, you will succeed in the role of Marketing Assistant at Stokvis Tapes Nordic.
External relations:
Customer Marketing dept. , Advertising Agencies, Project leaders exhibitions, printing companies etc.
Internal relations:
Nordic Sales Team
Country Sales teams
International colleagues in Marketing
Location: Sweden is the biggest market, where we are based in Norrköping. The service is 100% and placed in Norrköping.
Candidate Profile
Theoretical background:
The minimum education requirement for the marketing assistant is a high school diploma.
Associate's or bachelor's degree may be beneficial
Further education in typical Marketing tools
Or similar relevant educational background
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years as Marketing Assistant/Coordinator
Experience with corporate and cross-country terms
Working within a global corporate culture
Strong IT skills especially Marketing Programs, but also Office & CRM systems
Language skills:
Fluent in English - oral and writing
Fluent in Swedish - oral and writing
Advantage to understand the Scandinavian languages
Personal qualifications:
Strong drive for results
Loyal to corporate strategy and company
Disciplined in approach to co-workers
Ability to be flexible within the framework
Personal effectiveness and ability to handle a high workload with strong performance.
