Key Job Functions:
• Manage a product area over its entire life cycle in a manner that maximizes the overall return and profit
• Define new product opportunities to drive the strategic direction, and lead the commercial input in the product development process
• Prepare and implement tactical product launch plans, and develop and maintain sales support material including sales training
• Monitor and escalate customer complaints and translate needs and demands into product care or development activities
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in analytical chemistry or related area
• Experience from sales preferred
• Able to work well in teams as well as individually without supervision
• Strong customer focus and driven to deliver results
• Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills
