Now we are scaling our sales at different marketplaces and that's why we are looking for a team member to join and help us build our new team Marketplaces. In the role as Marketplace Planning Specialist you will be a center point within the team, with focus on commercial analytics and work with our marketplace accounts. You will report to our Head of Marketplaces and the role will be broad, vairating and you will be part of creating a new department in a young, multinational company with high goals on both growth and sustainability.
Your Future
• Create and execute seasonal purchases that are in keeping with business marketing, online campaigns
• Budget follow-up by regularly analyzing sales, margin and inventory
• Manage marketplace accounts including managing inventory, sales and business requirements
• Maintain weekly sales, profitability, income reports and sharing with cross-functional business partners and analyzing & taking actions to grow the business
• Determining strategies and pricing of the products to support commercial & quality KPI's
• Campaign management for international platforms & recommend discounts to drive seasonal sales and promotions while maintaining profitability
• Supporting sales growth through effective coordination and implementation of sales strategies and creating new opportunities with analysis
• Build and develop relationships with cross-functional business partners to achieve financial results for area(s) of responsibility and impact to the total company
• Preparing forecasted and actualized financial reports
• Feasibility study for technical and financial evaluation of the business model with partners
• Preparing a management level dashboard for regular monitoring of business KPI's (Revenue, sales trend, profitability, etc.)
• Creating portfolios specific to platforms and determining bestseller products
• Simplifying and automating reporting processes
Your Past & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce in roles such as e-com merchandising, product planning, buying and/or sales
• An experienced planner and skills in forecasting and replenishment of goods
• Strong cross-team coordination and multitasking skills
• Critical thinker, data-oriented, commercial mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Experienced in collaborating and managing external partners
• Thrives in a direct feedback culture and prone to constant learning
• Proactive and efficient in finding and implementing creative solutions to a variety of issues
• Enjoy a multicultural, entrepreneurial organization and the mi of working on own initiative and as part of a team
• Have an interest in, and skills, to create and simplify new and current processes and practices
