We have over 11 million users all over the world who have logged over 10 million catches in our app. We're growing fast, and we have launched a Marketplace, which is why we're looking for a Marketplace Controller.
You will be a part of the Finance team and as a Marketplace Controller you will be responsible for handling the financial aspects of the marketplace. You will have ownership of reporting, payments, refunds, seller communication, as well as special customer service cases. You will be responsible for managing the different marketplace systems, eg. payment systems, tax systems, billing systems etc. Apart from marketplace operations, you will also be involved with accounting and administration of the Company as a whole.
Your work will involve:
Resolving operational issues as well processing refunds, disputes etc
Managing the marketplace financial systems
Seller remittances
Communication with accountants and Sellers
Seller Reconciliation
Processing accounts receivable and accounts payable
Manage deposits/withdrawals
Participate in reconciliation of Balance Sheet items
Ongoing work with the development of systems and procedures
Ad-hoc projects within the finance function
Certificate Management
Contract Management
Administer HRM system and development
What we are fishing for:
Advanced in Excel
2 years previous experience in admin or finance is a plus
Professional proficiency in written and verbal Swedish & English
Nice to have:
A degree in finance or accounting
Prior experience in financial systems
