Besides selling our products at NA-KD.com, we sell NA-KD's fashion in over 2000 stores and to major online retailers around the globe. Now we are scaling our sales at different marketplaces and that's why we are looking for a team member to join and help us build our new team Marketplaces. In the role of Marketplace Business Specialist you will create and execute on future marketplace launches, project lead each new launch and integration. You will be a core person within the new team and you will be the facilitator in each project, with parties both internal and external. You will report to our Head of Marketplaces and the role will be broad, vairating and you will be part of creating a new department in a young, multinational company with high goals on both growth and sustainability.
Your Future
• Create and execute projects defined in Marketplaces roadmap to optimize/grow core business
• Facilitate automation projects (including 3rd party integrations, internal process automatization, reporting, improving direct marketplace integrations) from project inception through completion, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, external business partners and vendors
• Working with product teams, technical support teams and external parties to implement and improve projects
• Conducting market assessment and feasibility studies to determine growth potential for new markets by means of market share penetration, competitive analysis, and geographic, demographic, and forecasting analysis
• Searching and developing new business models for the new countries to expand the marketplaces business.
• Use feedback to identify opportunities to improve our products, services, processes, systems, and tools
• Manage the internal / external / subcontractor resources within the project
Your Past & Skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce in roles where you gain experienced in integrations with third parties and if you have been working with the marketplace business channel is a big advantage
• Project management skills and experience
• Results-driven focus with analytical capability
• Thrives in a direct feedback culture and prone to constant learning
• Proactive and efficient in finding and implementing creative solutions to a variety of issues
• Enjoy a multicultural, entrepreneurial organization and the mix of working on own initiative and as part of a team
• Have an interest in, and skills, to create and simplify new and current processes and practices
