iDeal Of Sweden is looking for a creative and business-minded Marketplace Associate to join our growing global e-commerce team. We are looking for candidates who analytical and thorough; this is an entry-level position that will involve mixed tasks in a small team with many contact areas throughout the organization.
What you'll do:
You will take ownership of our online product experiences across multiple third-party marketplaces, starting with Amazon.com. Optimization is your middle name: you will work closely with the art direction team to continuously maintain high-converting listings, ensuring a thorough product catalogue, and helping drive the capabilities of the company's advertising on the platforms to drive bigger sales.
Core tasks include:
• Generate and manage product listings on the relevant platforms - this involves making sure every element of our product catalogue is readily available, and designed to convert looks into sales!
• Coordinate with art direction team to ensure high-converting content populates our listings, and taking an active role in communicating what works and what doesn't.
• Ensuring that efforts meet relevant KPIs (detailed page view rate, view-to-order conversion, etc) to drive growth
• Monitor competition in order to maintain brand competitiveness
• Assist in optimizing advertising campaigns on relevant channels using various software programs
Candidate Qualities
• Upper-level education, preferably in marketing or business
• Analytical mindset and data-driven, including a demonstrable proficiency in Excel
• Comfortable speaking English
• Familiarity with content optimization strategies, including PPC and SEO, A/B split testing, dynamic (video), and image-tagging
• Experience with Google Analytics or related third party PPC software
• Ability to start as soon as possible
• Passionate about technology, fashion and lifestyle brands
Advantages:
• BA or BS diploma, preferably in business or marketing
• Certified in Google Adwords (search, display and video) and Google/ BING Analytics
• Knowledge of various e-commerce toolkits and/or SEO optimization solutions
• Fluency in Swedish, Korean, Chinese or German is a tremendous advantage
