Axis is on a journey to grow our digital marketing capabilities to support our rapid growth with an ambition to deliver excellent experience in all digital touchpoints to support our customers Our corporate digital team is placed in Axis HQ, Lund.
Who is your future team?
The Digital Communications & Translations team is a part of the Sales and Marketing systems team, sorting under the Information Systems department. The overall mission for the team is to support different stakeholders throughout the organization in reaching out with their content in Axis' digital platforms, by making sure that they use the systems in an optimal way, and keep the content quality according to the Axis brand. Apart from our global website axis.com we also support the usage of e.g. our marketing automation system, our LMS and our partner platform.
You will be part of a tight team of editors, digital marketeers, and a Translation Manager. Apart from that we work in close cooperation with analysts, developers, UX, marketeers and many others. We challenge each other and help each other to navigate in our digital landscape!
What you'll do here as Marketing Systems Specialist?
As Marketing systems specialist you will work in close cooperation with different teams within Corporate Marketing and the IT development team. You will be supporting marketeers globally and regionally in their work with marketing automation in Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement. You will be responsible for the set up and follow-up of templates and perform quality audits to ensure that the content is according to the Axis brand. You will set up online forms and synchronize with other teams to make sure the data setup is working correctly. You will also support users in our Learning Management System (LMS), and marketeers working with content in the CMS for our Partner platform and our corporate websites.
You will receive assignments through our Helpdesk system ServiceNow from the organization regarding different topics related to the usage of our different sales and marketing systems. You will keep track of status and deadlines and support the organization on how to solve their needs. You will also be an important stakeholder in diverse projects developing new solutions in the platforms.
Who are we looking for/Who are you?
To succeed in this position you are used to working with a large variety of stakeholders in a global company. You are able to steer your way in a situation where a lot is going through a change. You have experience from working with communication in digital channels, and thrive in the interface between marketing and tech, where you are used to being involved in cross functional digital communications projects. You have a really good knowledge of Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, and also some previous experience from working in a content management system for websites. You have an eye for details, but your focus is to make the big picture work in the best possible way.
As a person you are self-starting, you take initiatives and are able to structure your work, prioritize, and make decisions, and you strive to deliver on time. You are energetic and a good communicator with strong people and networking skills, and you are a great team player. You have experience from working with different platforms in the martech stack, and are truly passionate about digital marketing & communication and the value it brings to both customers and business.
What we need you to bring:
* In depth knowledge of Pardot/Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
* Knowledge and understanding of CMS tools for web editing and layout
* Experience of critical thinking and problem solving from global companies or agency
* Being organized and structured comes natural to you
* Excellent skills in English, spoken and written
It is also an advantage if you have:
* Knowledge and understanding of html to work with template setup and updates
* Previous experience of A/B-testing, SEO and Google Analytics
