hela Sverige We are now seeking Marketing Manager to join our team in Stockholm?s office.
Tasks
• Develop, manage and monitor annual marketing budget based on marketing plans
• Analyze campaign results, compile campaign case-study and report to Group Management
• Manage and monitor pay-per-click campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates;
• Analyze, report campaign results, compile campaign case-study and make recommendations for new campaigns
• Monitor, on an on-going basis, SEO results and manage projects to ensure continued high rankings;
• Work with Group marketing team to ensure both online and offline media creative materials are in line with global branding;
• Manage localization process of media campaigns ? local copywriting, voice recording, pack-shot shot translation;
• Manage online charity project ? acquisition of partners, management of participants, producing and seeding content in social networks.
Requirements
We appreciate if applicant has University degree, ideally with focus of Marketing, Business Administration or Economics. You should have fluent Swedish and English language. Ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in both SEO and SEM, or at least three years in SEO or SEM. Experience in promoting financial services is a benefit.
Candidate should have understanding of search engine ranking factors, has excellent web etiquette as well as strong online and offline social skills. Proficiency with Google tools - Analytics, Adwords as well as MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word is required. HTML experience is an advantage. Individually qualification according to Google certification program is a plus.
As a person you are creative, precise and have high sense of responsibility. You are able to do multi-tasking and coordinating multiple projects at once. You should have excellent organizational skills and be detail-orientated. Due to nature of position you should also be able to work independently and be self-starter with the ability to set and keep deadlines and commitments.
