Then this role as Marketing Specialist at BMW, working with Retail Finance & Alphabet, might be just the role for you.
As Marketing Specialist at BMW Northern Europe, you will work in a dynamic environment representing a strong brand. In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Plan and execute on local marketing activities for Retail Finance & Alphabet Sweden.
• Responsible to allocate, activate and optimize marketing budget.
• Ensure successful marketing campaigns through close collaboration with marketing colleagues within BMW Northern Europe.
• Monitoring, steering, and reporting of relevant KPI 's towards internal departments.
• Drive local marketing strategy in line with BMW Group marketing strategy.
• Be the natural contact in Sweden for marketing related topics for both Financial Services and Alphabet.
Pre-Requisites for the role:
You hold a university degree in Marketing or equivalent. With 3-5 years ' experience in a similar marketing role, you have a proven track record of well-developed marketing skills, especially in the digital area. You are a skilled project manager, who can coordinate several campaigns simultaneously, and have both strategic and tactic experience from digital marketing. This combined with developed communication skills are key, but most important is that you are business oriented combined with good creative skills. Naturally you are an energetic person and willing to go the extra mile without losing quality.
You have a flexible mindset with the ability to work independently on multiple tasks. You also have the ability to take your knowledge to provide advice tailored to the audience in an effective and efficient manner. To be successful in the role you need to have analytical skills, be structured/methodical and a proactive self-starter with very good communication skills as well as solid commercial understanding. We will place great emphasis on your personal characteristics. You need to be fluent both in Swedish and English.
