We are currently looking for an International Marketing Specialist (IMS) who will have an important role in the collaboration with clients in South America, North America and Europe.
The IMS must be able to fulfill various duties and responsibilities. The following are mandatory:
• Create marketing strategy.
• Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
• Liaise with internal and external teams to come up with branding ideas, graphic designs, promotional materials, and advertising copies.
• Discover effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms to be used to relay product messages to customers.
• Investigate the performance of the company's marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
• Create innovative marketing campaigns depending on robust data and present the recommendations to management.
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
• Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing channels.
• Help outbound and inbound marketing activities by displaying expertise in certain areas such as events planning, advertising, optimization, and content development.
• Experience both from printed media and social media, incl. setting up websites, social media accounts, social media stores, search engine optimization and similar activities.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing designers and other similar roles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working for one or several technology companies.
• Minimum education level with a bachelor's degree in marketing.
• Experience from being an entrepreneur is advantageous since this is an entrepreneurial led company.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. Swedish is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Very strong communication skills.
• Documented experience as an educator/teacher, both in front of larger groups as well as online.
• Very strong social and interpersonal skills are preferred.
• Adaptive mindset and quick to action.
• The work involves communication also in regions with different time zones which may require work outside normal Swedish office hours.
