hela Sverige Tobii Dynavox is seeking a creative, responsible, and energetic Marketing Specialist to join a multi-channel marketing team. The Specialist will primarily be responsible for supporting the development and management of various marketing initiatives and promotions, while coordinating and completing project deliverables. A successful candidate will be adept at creating marketing campaigns and be able to skillfully provide project management for assigned projects.
Your days will be filled with:
Support the development and execution of global marketing, promotions, and day-to-day. marketing team deliverables to help maximize the sales of the Tobii Dynavox product portfolio.
Coordinate and manage the assigned go-to-market marketing activities and tasks.
Create and maintain project timelines and schedules for initiatives - detailing specific tasks, responsible parties, and monitoring task completion. This will require working closely with the marketing team to keep projects on time and moving through the project management system.
Monitor and complete requests flowing through the work order management system.
Support Tobii Dynavox participation in international trade shows, conferences and other events.
Liase with international sales teams to develop local campaign assets and ensure territory initiatives are on strategy.
Manage inventory management system for printed and promotional materials.
Lead content updates via CMS for global Tobii Dynavox websites.
Create and manage Tobii Dynavox e-mail communications within email management tool.
Perform various other duties as assigned.
What are your qualifications?
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications or related field
3-5 years of progressive marketing experience required (marketing or advertising background)
Excellent communication and writing skills
Familiar with a variety of marketing concepts, practices and processes. Experience in areas such as digital marketing, web, and social media preferred.
Experience with marketing content management and automation tools such Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
Experience with design applications including Adobe Creative Cloud
Excellent organizational skills, project management and execution skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
Other desired skills:
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (example: box of literature)
Some travel may be required (10%)
