As a marketing specialist with IDC you will get exclusive opportunity to work with a multi-talented, multi-cultural team .You will be responsible for establishing an overview and relationship with the nordic tech markets.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities of the role can be summarized as follows:
Increase database size and build target list for the campaigns
Update, profile and maintain the database
Data entry into the Database
Management and preparation of list of attendees for each event
Phone follow-up to ensure quality
Support in the preparation of conference and marketing material
Manage relations with external suppliers
Prepare and manage campaign websites
Qualifications
What we seek:
Proven experience in relationship management, community building or membership management
Great interpersonal skills and an ability to talk to everyone
Strong work ethics and get-things-done attitude, even if you feel something is outside your job description
Strong business understanding
An eye for service and an attention to detail
Fluent in minimum 1 Nordic language as well as English
Aptitude for working with MS office and different online tools
The ideal candidate is a graduate, preferably with previous experience in a Call Center, Membership management or as a Data Entry.
