hela Sverige At Hemfrid, you enter a fast-moving environment in a strong and successful company. Now our Marketing Team is expanding, and we are looking for a driven Marketing Specialist. Do you have experience in marketing and see yourself as a generalist in the field? Are you also results-oriented, innovative, and a substantial project leader? Hemfrid offers an exciting and challenging role as a Marketing Specialist!
Your work assignments
In the Marketing Specialist role, you will be a part of a motivated Marketing Team with a high focus on the business. In your position, you will be an essential part of the further development of Hemfrids's marketing. You will independently initiate, run, and project manages several parallel activities and projects.
You are responsible for driving the marketing plan and initiating and executing the activity and campaign agenda. This includes KPIs' development, analysis, and follow-up. Furthermore, as a Marketing Specialist, you will plan and produce campaigns and content and also review new business opportunities to increase our sales.
This role requires an outstanding ability to cooperate with other colleagues, and you will have a wide network of contacts both internally and externally. For example, you will work closely with the company's managers and colleagues in the marketing function.
Your profile

As Hemfrid is in the middle of an intensive growth phase, we know that you thrive in a dynamic environment, where you need to be flexible.
Finally, you take responsibility for your tasks and can structure and prioritize the right things. In addition to this, we see that you:
• Degree in marketing, advertising, or equivalent
• Previous experience from a role as project manager, coordinator, or similar in the market area
• Strong overall marketing knowledge to support various digital marketing efforts, including search marketing, social media, and events and exhibitions
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, is a must
• Researching market trends
• Excellent system knowledge in Excel
